Yoga for Peaceful Embodiment offers gentle movement and practiced stillness and is adaptable to all physical abilities. This class is recommended for those overcoming eating disorders, anxiety, depression, substance use or those seeking to engage with their body in a new and healthy manner. Groups will be limited to 5 participants and will run in 4 week series.
